Can you explain the 48-hour turnaround?

Most jobs that are placed before 12:00 PM EST will be ready to ship within 48 hours (two business days). Items such as brochures and business cards typically take longer than 48 hours to produce. Because we may experience problems with your files, equipment breakdowns, power outages etc, 48 hour turn times are in no way guaranteed.


What shipping options do I have?

FedEX, UPS, US Postal Service, Courier, and Free Local Delivery if within designated range of our facilities. If you have questions call us, we will work with you to find the most cost effective and timely shipping option.


What payment options are available?

Due to our quick turnaround, all orders must be prepaid. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. If you would like to pay with a check or money order, please overnight the check to us. Most of our customers use the Post Office's Express Mail for this.


Why are our prices so low?

Because we limit our product line to just a few core products, we are able to offer lower prices than our competition. Simply put, for the products we do offer, we produce in large volume and do it well.


What do you print?

In short, we print EVERYTHING. Some of our clients use our printing services for: Promotional Brochures, Event Flyers, Restaurant Menus, Realtor Postcards, Tickets, Handbills, Clothing Tags, Business Cards, Posters, Point of Sale Signage, Photo Reproduction, Zed Cards, Instruction Booklets, Monthly Periodicals, Tri-Folds, Record Flats, and More!


How can I send you a Print Job?

You can use our online system (you will have to create an account then login) to upload your work immediately! If you are unsure of how to use our online system, you can call us and a sales rep will help you get started!


Can you print jobs that are different sizes than you have listed?

Yes we can! Choose the nearest larger size to your art when ordering and we will trim down to file size. For custom orders, please contact customer service at cs@24hourcolor.com or call us at 888-574-4935.


What kind of paper do you use?

All postcards and business cards are printed on 14-point card stock with an aqueous coating. We also offer a variety of other stocks to suit your needs.


How long will it take to get my order delivered to me?

Estimated production time is listed on the first page of your order. FedEx delivery time varies from where the product is produced in relation to where it is being delivered.


What file formats are accepted?

We accept any Mac or PC rasterized file format. This includes tiffs, jpegs, and flattened pdfs.


What types of media do you accept?

We prefer you to upload your order through the online ordering system, or via ftp or email. But we will accept a Mac or PC CD.


Is there an extra charge for bleeds?

No. Unlike many other companies, all our prices include full bleeds free of charge. The bleeds should be 1/8" all around.


How long will it take to upload my files?

Uploading may take a very long time depending on your connection speed. You can check the bottom of your browser for a status bar.


What do I do if I forgot my password?

Please send an email to cs@24hourcolor.com with your name, phone number and username from the email that you originally registered with us. We will contact you shortly to reset your password.


How Do I Cancel An Order?

Canceled orders require compensation for incurred costs and related obligations at the time of cancellation. Due to the speed of our turnaround, you may only cancel a job by 6pm on the same business day you place your order (via e-mail). A minimum charge of $35 or 15% of total order (whichever is greater) is applied to jobs canceled before our evening cutoff time of 4pm. A minimum charge of $75 or 25% of total order (whichever is greater) is applied to jobs canceled before plating occurs at 6pm. No refunds will be given for orders canceled after 6pm of the same business day the order was placed. All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
